Outside, Ian is busy on the red brick wall near the porch.
And Chris has begun to lay turf around the far end of the building ...
although the soil all around is completely waterlogged. We think Martin will be pleased to see that we haven't forgotten the need for a gardener's loo.
Another load of
hardcore on the driveway up to and around the house has at least made it possible to walk around
without slipping and sliding! Inside, the living area is now covered with plasterboard, the kitchen area is ready and waiting and the kitchen itself was ordered yesterday, for delivery in one month's time.
The three large skylights are in place, letting in a lot of light, even in the dreary January mornings! They look nice and neat from the inside and outside.
Upstairs, the oak floors are complete in two of the three bedrooms, and Scott is busy on the shower-room tiling.
He's also made some nice little shelves for shampoo and soap!
And elsewhere the inner doors are getting their oak linings.
