We are expecting the oak frame to arrive, 8 a.m. on Tuesday. To prepare, Pete came back and with the biggest of his diggers has removed a corner of the high ground, and prepared a hardstanding area for the crane.
Another wave of scaffolding is going up, too, around the front curve, to allow the Carpenter Oak folk to assemble the frame, which should be dropped in between the scaffold and the house - fingers crossed it all fits!
