Progressing

Things are moving in many directions at the moment.
The house is looking like it belongs among the trees - these are views from up near the church.

The scaffolding is more or less gone, and Les has been finishing off the bamboo for the brise soliel. And inside, the first fix electrics is getting close to the end. This set will be for all the switches controlling the living area, kitchen, skylights etc etc.

And the frames for the large windows along the front are going in - the glass should arrive next week. This is the view from Jack & Alice's bedroom.

The Irish team, Jason and Andy, returned today to start work on the final section of zinc roofing, over the porch. Apart from that, we have plasters putting up plasterboard, plumbers filling up my workshop with stuff, carpenters finishing off the cedar and window details, window fitters fitting windows, kitchen suppliers supplying the kitchen, and me digging foundations for the tractor shed which willl be moved out of the way sooner or later.
