The concrete slab for the workshop has been waiting for six months now, but I'm finally underway. It took Ian and Richard less than a day to lay the brick and concrete block-work for the base of the walls, and a large pile of timber has arrived for me, just in time for the Christmas break!
Bickford Builders have gone ... for a well earned Christmas break. They have left me with lots of good tips and instructions (and a bottle of cognac) and a large pile of timber. Hopefully when they return the timber will look more like a shed, despite the cognac!
