We heard from Carpenter Oak today that they are well underway with the main 2-storey screen, and delivery is planned for August 21st. By that point the internal walls should all be in place, the rear wall built up to the top wall-plate, and everything ready for floor trusses and roof beams to tie the oak frame to the house.
