The wooden floors in the study and Joe's bedroom are complete.
Joe's internal bedroom window makes a useful shoe rack.
And
in the plant room, all the cabling is nearly sorted out into a fuse box
(on the left) and a data cabinet, where the router, phone connection,
and switch serving all the data sockets will be housed.
With true BT efficiency, they are due to connect the phone line next week, and then come back the following week, remove it, and install fibre optics. They can't bypass the initial installation!
