Coping stones

After far too long - a combination of bad weather, bad health, and making the most of the chance to see family between Lockdown I and II, I have finally got the coping stones cut and in place.

I will need to distress the cut faces, to make them look a bit more like the natural stone walls, and then mortar them in place.

We have also filled the back side of the wall with soil, to form flowerbeds.

Overall, I ended up with only about 1 sq m of the paving stone to spare, but about 0.5 tonne of wall stone.
