We have been living in the house for about one month now, and can't really fault it. After weeks of trying to keep the new grass alive during the drought, its sprung back into life again, and is looking pretty good - except for the route of the land drain which got very badly dried out.
The brise soleil still catches my eye - the bamboo shadows change every time I look at them.
