We had a long and detailed meeting with Paul, Peter and Chris from Bickford Builders, and Ben & George, fuelled by Stephanie's rock buns.
By the end we reached the stage of signing a stack of drawings and are almost ready to sign contracts. We also heard that Building Control have agreed to all the construction details. And moreover, we agree for Bickfords to start preparing the site on April 3rd, putting up the initial boundary fences and so on.
